Class of 2013
I joined the Marine Corps right after high school and served in the infantry in the Marine corps. I was stationed in Oahu, Hawaii, and Oceanside, California. During my 10 years of service, I completed three deployments and countless training exercises before finally hanging up the uniform in 2023. Today, I live in San Diego with my wife Taylor and four kids—two boys and two girls, ages 9, 7, 5, and 2. I currently work as a Project Manager for a construction firm.

“I have a lot of great basketball memories that it’s hard to pinpoint just one. But here are a few: Playing home games and hearing the student section go wild Beating West Jordan at home in 2013. (Dub town is our town) St. George trips with the team”
Advice for current Grizzlies
“Learn to enjoy the journey, and play like tomorrow is your last game. It all comes to an end quicker than we realize. Embrace the suck. Push yourself beyond your limits. When you think you have nothing left to give, remember that there’s always a little more in the tank. Work hard, believe in yourself, and give it everything you’ve got. Most importantly, enjoy the process and make the most of every opportunity. you’ll look back one day and realize how quickly it all went by.”
