Coaching highlights
My fondest memories is the connections I was able to make with the players, managers and their families. I loved coaching with my best friends that made my job a lot easier. Coach Allfrey, Watkins, Holt and prior players that came back to coach such as Austin McCombs & Kennan Madsen. These men dedicated their time to serving our players and I could never thank them enough.
Accomplishments I cherish is winning three straight Region Championships, three straight Final 4 appearances, State Runner-up & receiving Coach of the Year honors in 2016.
In 2016 beating Lone Peak lead by Frank Jackson, beating Bingham at home with the Stockton Shorts shot in 2017, retaining the Dub-Town Belt vs WJ.
Education & career
After being the Head Coach at Copper Hills for seven years, I took the Athletic Director position at CH for 9 months before being appointed by the District to be an Assistant Principal at Herriman HS for five years. I am now at my Alma Mater West Jordan HS as an Assistant Principal.

02Message for current Grizzlies
“Continue the tradition that many of these players before you started. Put on your hard hat and out work your opponents by conditioning yourself physically and mentally.
Find something that you can excel at on the court and expand on it. Not everyone can be the top scorer, but the great CH teams had players like Trevor Hoffman, Zach Hoffman, Bailey Brooks, Cal Blackham, Tyler Bush, Seth Argyle and Kylan Shorts that were able to accept their role and become defensive stoppers that made it impossible to take them out of the game. Every team needs some dogs, find it in yourself to help your team in any way you can.”
